In business since 2001, Landmark Associates prides itself on being a professional construction organization committed to keeping the client at the center of each project.  We create a partnership with our clients, allowing us to work towards a common goal and enjoy two-way communication. Our clients always know the latest status with their project and how it is progressing. Our partnership keeps the client in the loop to minimize surprises. This may be something as simple as a daily check-in on the project status or returning a phone call when an anxious homeowner needs reassuring. This two-way communication builds trust in our relationship and is the hallmark of our projects. Fundamentally, it is why most of our projects come from repeat happy customers.

Landmark Associates takes pride in our strong ability to manage projects so we are not afraid to let clients know what is happening. Snafu’s happen, and when they do, how your general contractor manages the problem, handles the communication, and resolves the issue, is the difference between extreme stress or little stress. Because our team is on each job every day from start to finish, we know what happened and when it happened, and we can make excellent decisions to resolve it. Our projects are planned through to completion before we start putting the first nail in place, and not on a reactive basis. All of us at Landmark Associates work by the motto of “we listen, we guide, and then we execute.” Landmark Associates will be with you from the first idea until that last nail is in.

Meet Our Team: Tony Chiarelli

Tony has been involved in multiple aspects of the construction industry since 1980.  Early opportunities were more field oriented, such as site development work, engineering, heavy equipment operation etc.  Eventually moving into a Project Management role in the commercial building envelope industry where he was responsible for multi-million-dollar projects and the management of hundreds of employees.

With these years of experience behind him, Tony founded his own residential and commercial contracting company, Landmark Associates, in 2001.

Meet Our Team: Donnie Donahue

Donnie has been a Project Manager for Landmark Associates General Contracting since 2011.  His unique combination of detailed knowledge in the residential market coupled with previously owning his own business makes him a welcome presence for Landmark’s clients.  Donnie has a solid talent in being able to connect with the client, set reasonable expectations and execute those expectations in the ever-revolving aspects of dealing with clients while work is progressing in their own homes.
