

A multiple tenant, two story office property where a successful and growing seafood distribution company leased the majority of the existing second floor space. Demolition of the existing office components included walls, flooring, ceiling assembly, etc. Installed all aspects of a perimeter office and conference room layout from an architect’s design, working closely with that architect as field conditions warranted adjustments and the tenant also made changes mid-project, including all carpentry, sheetrock, flooring and ceilings. This included a new office space for the CEO of the company. Re-wired the entire space to achieve proper code allowances for outlets and switches as well as CAT-5 connections to all new office areas. Constructed the infrastructure for a new server room and installed the general infrastructure for a training facility including overhead projection, screens, and layout where each participant would have their own CAT-5 and outlet connections. The middle of the space was fitted and prepared both for electrical and CAT-5 capabilities for a series of cubicles and a printer/scanner/copier station for the entire team.
