Landmark will help you realize your home’s potential. Have a new kitchen or bathroom in mind? A deck or three-season porch would complete your home? Or perhaps your family has outgrown your current house and an addition is in your future.
Often, homeowners believe that a home renovation will be stressful – but it doesn’t have to be! Our team of construction professionals will guide you through the process and may even suggest new ideas you haven’t yet considered that will improve the project while still respecting your budget. We’ll be there on time, every day until the project is complete.
Already working with an architect or a designer? We’re happy to partner with them to help make sure your renovation is completed on-time and on-budget. We have years of experience building quality homes and are ready to make your home renovation or remodel a reality.
This whole-home renovation in Brookline, MA (above) began as an insurance restoration following water damage from frozen pipes that went unnoticed for months while the homeowners were abroad. Once the entire home had been completely gutted down to the studs, we realized the possibilities were endless. Following the homeowner’s vision, we brought this home out of the ’70s to create a more modern home with all the bells and whistles. More photos of this project, including the “before” photos, may be found on Houzz.
These Newton homeowners loved where they lived…but didn’t love the layout of their home. We expanded and remodeled the kitchen and dining areas to provide them with the space they needed and the style they loved. See more picture, and read the homeowner’s review, on Houzz.
A bathroom should be a sanctuary…but that wasn’t the case in this Newton home. We renovated the master bathroom, as well as the shared family bathroom. The results are stunning. See more photos on Houzz.
Homeowners in Hopkinton (above) had two outdated bathrooms that needed remodeling. The master and guest bathrooms were completely renovated including new, highly-functional layouts, tile, flooring, shower fixtures, vanities, and, in the master bathroom, a stunning, freestanding soaker tub.
Ice dams wreaked havoc on this Metro West home (pictured above). Ceilings, walls, floors and insulation were soaked and ruined on multiple floors. The Landmark team rebuilt the living room including refinishing damaged hardwood through to the kitchen, reinsulating, replacing the ceiling and walls and repainting. In the basement-level pool table room, water under the sub-floor had to be mitigated and the carpet replaced. The new work blends seamlessly with the rest of the home – as if the damage never happened.
These homeowners turned to Landmark Associates to rebuild their home (pictured above) after it burned down in a fire. The finished product exceeded their expectations!
