Tony Chiarelli’s experience in the construction industry spans over 40 years. From his early days working hands-on in site development and heavy equipment operation, Tony has built his career on a deep understanding of every phase of construction. He's led multi-million-dollar commercial projects and managed hundreds of employees, always with a commitment to quality, integrity, and service.

In 2001, Tony founded Landmark Associates with the goal of creating a construction company that puts people first — clients, employees, and partners alike. His vision was simple: to bring clear communication, reliable craftsmanship, and unwavering dedication to every project. That vision has grown Landmark into a trusted partner for commercial, multi-family, and residential clients who need more than just a contractor — they need a dedicated ally to guide them through every step of the process.
